We build custom homes

We specialize in custom home building, and can take your dream and make it a reality. From obtaining permits to footings and foundation work and though the entire building process, we have the knowledge, the skill, and the resources to build you the perfect home for you and your family.

We pay close attention

There will be a foreman (for footings/foundations) and/or a supervisor at your job site, each and every day. Owner Yoav Debasc also personally oversees all jobs to make sure that every last detail is exactly as you want it.

We are bonded and insured

We are licensed as a general building contractor and general engineering contractor and for concrete related services. We are also bonded and insured for general liability and workman’s comp. Verify our contractor’s license here. We’re proud of our credentials and encourage you to check us out!

On time and on budget

From the very beginning, we are careful to be clear about budget items and time line and agree upon everything up front – and in writing. Once construction is underway, we regularly communicate with you via email, even sending pictures to show you exactly what we’re talking about when necessary. We also encourage at on-site meetings least once a week with you, so you are fully apprised of our progress. Finally, when challenges arise or unanticipated issues crop up, we make sure you are informed, in writing, and agree to any changes, again in writing. The bottom line is that there are no surprises, thanks to crystal clear communication!

Finish materials

We work closely with you to procure all the necessary finish materials. Early on, we present you with an inventory of what we need, so you can decide what you want to take care of yourself, and what you need our help in sourcing. We have special relationships and strong connections with providers of everything from specialized carpentry to flooring, tile, countertops and more. We can handle the details for you, or refer you to our preferred installers and suppliers if you need.

Design

Yes! With so many variations in design available, we’ll create a look with concrete or interlocking paving tiles that seamlessly ties your interior and exterior together.
